Learn proper swimming technique in in a pool setting to gain confidence before hitting the open water to ensure efficient and safe swimming in preparation for Mighty Mujer Triathlon. Swimmers will learn and practice skills to increase efficiency, manage position, and begin to learn tools needed for open water swimming; sighting, turning around buoys & more!  This will help you to be safe in the water and enjoy the experience!  Please arrive ready to swim! Bring goggles and a swim cap. $25
